TICKET & SUBSCRIPTION PRICING

 

Single tickets for Masterworks performances: 

  • Prime: $80 Regular  / $60 Youth
  • Area 1: $70 Regular / $50 Youth 
  • Area 2: $55 Regular / $15 Youth 
  • Area 3: $25 Regular / $15 Youth

 

Subscriptions include your choice of 3+ Masterworks concerts and the following package discounts: 

  • 3 – 4 performances: 5% off single ticket prices 
  • 4 – 6 performances: 10% off single ticket prices 
  • All 7 performances: 15% off single ticket prices

Venue fees and sales tax are not included in these prices. 

TICKETING POLICIES AND OFFERS

Subscription Policies:

Full Subscriber Seat Renewal: A perk of becoming a season subscriber is the option to renew your seats each season. To guarantee this perk, you must subscribe by the renewal deadline. This season, the renewal deadline is June 28, 2024. 

Seat renewals are guaranteed if seat and concert time renewals are received by the renewal deadline. If you choose to split your subscription between matinee and evening performances, we will seat you in the best available option according to your preference for your concert selection times.

Subscriber Exchanges: As a perk of having a Compose Your Own Subscription, Masterworks concerts that are part of your package are able to be exchanged in advance of the concert date. To exchange a concert on your subscription, please contact the Asheville Symphony box office at 828-254-7046 or at tickets@ashevillesymphony.org by 4 p.m. on the day prior to the concert. We are unable to exchange subscription tickets or offer future credit after the concert has passed.

Tax Receipts for Donated Tickets: Subscribers can donate their ticket to the Symphony and receive a tax receipt for unused tickets. To donate tickets, you must contact the Asheville Symphony box office at 828-254-7046 or at tickets@ashevillesymphony.org by 4 p.m. on the day prior to the concert. 

Lost or Missing Ticket/Ticket Didn’t Arrive in Mail: If you purchased tickets for an Asheville Symphony concert but have not received them, or if they have been misplaced, please contact the Asheville Symphony box office at 828-254-7046 or tickets@ashevillesymphony.org prior to the concert to confirm your purchase and have your tickets reissued. 

If you have not received your tickets by the concert date, please bring your order confirmation to the box office at the concert, and the Patron Services department will provide you a replacement ticket.

Ticketing Policies and Offers:

Youth Pricing: Youth pricing is valid for anyone ages 18 or under.

Student Rush Tickets: Students with a valid student ID can purchase Student Rush tickets 30 minutes before a Masterworks Concert for $10 to any remaining seat in the hall regardless of Area Price.

Group Rates: A 15% discount is available for groups of 15 or more. Call the Asheville Symphony office at (828) 254-7046 or email us at tickets@ashevillesymphony.org to reserve your tickets.

Gift Certificates: Asheville Symphony sells gift certificates which are good for ticket amounts, season ticket amounts, or by dollar amount. To purchase a gift certificate, call the box office at 828-254-7046.

Coupons: Coupons for Asheville Symphony tickets are redeemable at the Asheville Symphony office. You can call the Asheville Symphony box office at 828-254-7046 to reserve your tickets and mail or bring in your coupon (Discover Dining and WNC Insider will have a coupon to redeem) to receive your tickets. Only one coupon redeemable per order.

Refund and Dispute Policy: Single tickets are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your ticket purchase for any reason or no longer able to attend a concert, please contact the Asheville Symphony Patron Services team by calling (828) 254-7046 or emailing tickets@ashevillesymphony.org. Dispute or “chargebacks” made from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets may result in the cancellation of your ticket and we reserve the right to prohibit or refuse future transactions as a result.

Exchanges: Single tickets that are not purchased through a subscription are non-refundable. Single tickets may be exchanged for another concert within the same season for a $10 exchange fee. Exchange requests must be made at least one day in advance of the performance date by contacting our box office.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of concert or event cancellation, the Asheville Symphony will be in touch with all ticket holders via email as soon as possible after the decision of cancellation. We will work with each patron individually to discuss best options for ticket transfers, refunds, or future credits. Options for resolution may change by event and are at the discretion of the Asheville Symphony.

Promotion Special Conditions: Tickets sold or given away as part of promotions from the Asheville Symphony are subject to the same terms and conditions as standard ticket purchases. Personal information collected as part of these promotions is for internal use only.

Transaction Currency: All tickets and donations for the Asheville Symphony are processed in USD.
