SAVE WITH SEASON SUBSCRIPTIONS
- A Masterworks Full Series Subscription includes tickets to all seven Masterworks concerts for the season. You’ll get the best seats, best service, and best price with a 10% discount on ALL tickets ordered at time of subscribing or renewal.
- Picks Subscriptions include tickets to your choice of Masterworks concerts. A Pick3 Subscription includes tickets to three Masterworks shows, A Pick4 Subscription includes tickets to four Masterworks shows, a Pick5 Subscription includes tickets to 5 Masterworks shows, and so on! Picks Subscriptions give you the freedom, flexibility, and peace of mind knowing that you can exchange your tickets for other Masterworks concerts during the season.

TICKETING POLICIES & SPECIAL OFFERS
Student Rush Tickets*: Students can purchase Student Rush tickets 20 minutes before a Masterworks Concert for $10 to any remaining seat in the hall regardless of Area Price. *Student Rush tickets are available to individuals currently attending a school, college, or university who are under the age of 26. Youth pricing is available for individuals age 25 and under.
Group Rates: A 15% discount is available for groups of 15 or more. Call the ASO office at (828) 254-7046 to reserve your tickets.
Gift Certificates: The ASO sells gift certificates which are good for ticket amounts, season ticket amounts, or by dollar amount. To purchase a gift certificate, call the ASO office at 828-254-7046.
Coupons: Coupons for Asheville Symphony tickets are redeemable at the ASO office. You can call the ASO office at 828-254-7046 to reserve your tickets and mail or bring in your coupon (Discover Dining and WNC Insider will have a coupon to redeem) to receive your tickets. Only one coupon redeemable per order.
Refunds / Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a concert, you may donate your ticket to the ASO for a tax receipt. To receive tax credit, you must email email@example.com by 4 p.m. on the day prior to the concert with your name, phone number, number of tickets you’d like to donate, and performance that the tickets are for. Ticket exchanges are done only in extreme cases and only at the discretion of ASO management. Tickets may not be exchanged for other concerts.
Lost or Missing Ticket/Ticket Didn’t Arrive in Mail: If you purchased tickets for an Asheville Symphony concert but have not received them, or if they have been misplaced, please contact the Asheville Symphony office at 828-254-7046 prior to the concert to confirm your purchase and have your tickets reissued. If you have not received your tickets by the concert date, please bring your order confirmation to the box office at the concert, and the Patron Services department will provide you a replacement ticket. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for single tickets.
Subscription ticket options are able to be exchanged in advance of the concert date. We are unable to exchange subscription tickets or offer future credit after the concert has passed.
