The following email was sent to all Masterworks 2: Legacy ticket holders on October 10, 2024:
Due to the continued impact of Hurricane Helene on Western North Carolina, the date for the upcoming Masterworks 2: Legacy performances has been changed to Saturday, January 18, 2025.
We understand that this change may affect your plans, and we want to offer you four options:
- Attend Masterworks 2: Legacy on Saturday, January 18, 2025 – NO ACTION NEEDED – If you don’t respond, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date at the same performance time for all tickets on your order. Your tickets will be at the same performance time (2 p.m. or 8 p.m.) as the original order.
- Exchange for another concert this season – You can exchange your ticket(s) to any other Masterworks or Recital concert at First Baptist Church of Asheville held this season.
- Donate your tickets – If you cannot attend the new date but would like to support Asheville Symphony, you can choose to donate your tickets back to us.
- Request a refund – If you are unable to attend the new date of January 18, let us know by Monday, November 11, 2024, and we will process a refund for you.
