Friends of the ASYO
Tuition covers less than half of the Asheville Symphony Youth Orchestra’s operational costs. Support from community members like you helps us make up the remainder.

- makes it possible for all interested youth–regardless of their economic circumstances–to participate in performances, special workshops, retreats, and masterclasses.
- makes it possible for these young musicians to tour and present annual performances in their community.

The Friends of the ASYO is a fundraising and support group that is committed to ensuring that the Youth Orchestra has the resources to offer the best musical training and experiences for young musicians. The goal of the Friends is that every young musician has access to music education and in turn enriches the community through music.
